To Blend (Choose any to fill 1 cup)
- Water
- Milk (low fat)
Method
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Marna’s handy tips
- Add ice to make a nice “slushy” and ice cold smoothie.
- Freeze banana slices beforehand. It will create additional creaminess.
- You can add a few drops lemon juice (unsweetened) to give a fresher taste to it
